Program Objectives

1. Equip students with job-ready skills and expertise in the BFSI sector.
2. Introduce modern technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Data Analytics in the context of finance.
3. Enhance placement opportunities by providing industry-relevant, hands-on training.
4. Prepare students for competitive banking examinations and secure employment in the BFSI sector.
5. Build a scalable model that can extend skilling opportunities to other universities across India.

Programme Timeline

The program duration will be 4 months from the first day of in-house class. Fast learners will be given additional challenges through online assistance. The top 5% of participants will receive additional mentoring and internship opportunities in collaboration with industry partners.
