This course will cover the fundamental principles, advanced techniques, and cutting-edge technologies required for producing high-quality welded components in process plant equipment.
Welding Procedure for Manufacturing Process Plant Equipment: Learn several welding techniques, such as SMAW and GTAW, and gain hands-on experience conducting welding processes specific to process plant equipment.
Special Welding Techniques and Post-Weld Treatment Procedures: Investigate specialized welding techniques and post-weld treatments such as thermite welding and stress relief to assure the integrity of welded components. Quality Control Techniques, Welding.
Automation, and IoT 4.0: Discover non-destructive inspection procedures, dimensional checks, and how automation and IoT 4.0 technologies are transforming welding through real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance. Learners will obtain the knowledge and skills to excel at welding procedures, post-weld treatments, and quality control in heavy Manufacturing
