We at Gradskey, committed to providing comprehensive coaching and skilling to students, with a vision of
transforming them into competent and employable candidates for the industry. Our mission is to prioritize
rural and economically deserving students, providing them with the necessary skills to succeed in the
workforce.
We take pride in our noble mission to support graduate students in aligning their skills with industry
demands. We are focused on uplifting students from rural and economically challenged backgrounds by
offering skilling programs designed to meet the demands of the industry.
Our coaching program starts from the first year of college and continues at a pace that is comfortable for
each student, with the goal of helping them achieve their desired outcomes with a value-added association
with IIT Madras’ PRAVARTAK, this is further aimed to increase the penetration potential in rural, tier-1,2,3
colleges.
Our industry skilling program is designed for a long-term trajectory of 3 years, but we also offer shorter
certification programs annually to help students build their skills at their own pace. Beginning with the
foundation certificate, students gradually acquire the industry-relevant skills they need to succeed. At the end
of the three-year program, students receive a certificate attesting to their abilities.

With a rich background in product and service industries, he served as an Engineering Director and Vice-President in Indian and MNC companies across Singapore, USA, and Bangalore.
