About the organization
EV Masterclass is an upskilling and job aggregator platform in the Electric Vehicle Industry. We solve the talent scarcity problem of the EV industry by providing well nurtured and groomed professionals through industry centric, short term, hands on intense upskill programs which make them productive from day 1.
EV Masterclass acts as that bridge between thousands of aspirants who are seeking employment opportunities in EVs but are limited by their knowledge, skill and exposure and on the other hand, the EV companies who are struggling to recruit, train and retain the right talent.

- Mr. YSR Rajeev Kumar
Rajeev YSR is an MIT Sloan Fellow and alumnus of IIT Madras with Bachelors and Masters in Automotive Engineering.

Prior to starting EV Masterclass, he held many leadership roles in the industry and achieved greater milestones; working with brands such as Bosch, Mahindra & Mahindra, GATI Logistics and ETO Motors. With diverse expertise & strong network in domains such as Electric Vehicles, Entrepreneurship & Automobile industry, he also mentor’s start-ups and teaches entrepreneurship at Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
